Thomas King, CCIM of King & Newton, LLC Commercial Real Estate brokered the sale of Country Squire Apartments for $2.5 million or $65,789 per unit. The property was located on 3.2 acre site located in East Forest Park Section of the city and was improved with nine contiguous 2 story brick buildings with full basements. The complex contains a total of 38 units with 1 one-bedroom unit and 37 two-bedroom units. The two bedroom units contains a living area of about 850 s/f and with each unit having stoves, refrigerators, disposals, and air conditioners.
