King Street Properties began developing spaces for life-science companies in Greater Boston in 2002. Thank you to our team of employees, partners and tenants who have made this possible.”
King Street’s portfolio includes first class life science facilities in Cambridge, Waltham, Lexington, and Framingham. The firm is working on several ground-up developments and is permitting a mixed-use project on Western Avenue in Allston called NEXUS which is anchored by state-of-the art life science research space.
Among its civic and charitable activities, King Street is particularly proud of its co-sponsorship of the Mass Life Science Center’s Next Generation Initiative, a five-year, $2 million effort to promote gender parity in science entrepreneurship through grants and executive coaching awarded through an annual competition.
