Three new commercial real estate agents have joined Kinlin Grover Commercial Real Estate. They include:

Brian Richardson: Richardson has joined the Yarmouth Port office of the Commercial Division of Kinlin Gover GMAC Real Estate. Richardson has listed and sold commercial real estate for over 20 years.
Richardson is an energetic, knowledgeable, professional who takes great pride in dedicating his efforts to the needs of his clientele seven days a week. He has extensive international business experience including 20 plus years with several automotive companies in their advertising and promotion agencies.
Dan Baczkowski: With 25 years experience in the Boston area, Baczkowski is now working as a commercial associate from the Yarmouth Port office of Kinlin Grover GMAC Commercial.
In addition to real estate he has extensive corporate financial and general management experience which provides a solid base for servicing business customers. He has a BA from Wilkes University, was a principal with New England Industrial Properties and founded Agenda Commercial Real Estate. He also founded a business school and a property management and commercial building maintenance company.
Brian Murphy: Kinlin Grover GMAC Commercial welcomes Brian Murphy to the commercial group. Murphy's commitment is to provide professional service with integrity to sellers and buyers of commercial properties and businesses.
Murphy began his career in real estate in Connecticut before moving to Brewster. He has 38 years experience in finance with Konica Minolta, where he was closely involved in numerous business transactions providing him with solid experience in business analysis and valuation. Murphy was the town treasurer of Marlborough, Connecticut for 12 years.
