Kintzer and Benson of Royal Properties sell 9,843 s/f

New Haven, CT Royal Properties, Inc. has brokered the sale of 1168 Whalley Ave.

This 9,843 s/f freestanding building is situated on .69 acre in a highly trafficked and densely populated area close to the intersection of Rte. 63 & 15.  This site was occupied by CVS Pharmacy who vacated in August 2017.  CVS was so successful that they are building a larger store across the street.  The property provides 40 parking spaces, 1 loading dock and an unfinished basement. Neighboring retailers include: Stop & Shop, Dollar Tree, Planet Fitness, Goodwill, McDonald’s, Five Guys, Dunkin’ Donuts, Burger King and many more.

“We appreciate the opportunity to represent the property owner in the sale of this freestanding building,” said Jeff Kintzer, principal of Royal Properties, Inc., who along with Craig Benson handled this sale assignment.  

Northeast Retail Leasing was the co-broker in this transaction representing the buyer.
