Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate completes leases totaling 22,204 s/f

Shelton, CT Saugatuck Commercial (SCRE) was successful in bringing new restaurant concepts to the Fairfield County area in recent months:  

• Barra Italian Street Kitchen has leased 4,458 s/f (Bridgeport Ave., Shelton, CT).  Upscale, casual/affordable, Italian tapas, pizza and gelato.  

• Hashi Sushi has leased 2,350 s/f (Forest St., New Canaan). Wide array of authentic Japanese Food including sushi, teriyaki, hibachi. 

• Patisserie Salzburg has leased 1,837 s/f (Harbor Point Rd., Stamford). First class, European style bakery and café with locations in Scarsdale & Rye N.Y.  

• Barbacoa Smoke House has leased 4,159 s/f (Commerce Dr., Fairfield). Modern fast casual BBQ restaurant with a tech forward approach. 

• Arooga’s Grille House and Sports Bar has leased 7,000 s/f (Bridgeport Ave., Shelton).  Classic sports bar with 100 TVs and outdoor dining.  

• Villa del Sol has leased 2,400 s/f (relocating them in Westport, Post Road West).  A Mexican themed family-owned restaurant.
