Kirby of Lyman Real Estate brokers 20,000 s/f office lease

DDL OMNI Engineering LLC, headquartered in McLean, Va., has recently leased 20,000 s/f of office space. The two-story office lies within a 200,000 s/f warehouse owned by Genlyte Thomas Group (formerly Lightolier) located at 40 Wisconsin Ave. in the Norwich Business Park. The lease of six years with options began on April 1st. DDL OMNI Engineering LLC is an engineering and technical services company providing systems and structural engineering, information technology, planning and training, war gaming, integrated logistic support, test and evaluation, and environmental services to a wide variety of government and commercial clients. Jeff Kirby of Lyman Real Estate who represented the landlord and Pete Conair of Pequot Commercial who represented the tenant were the sole agents involved in the transaction.
