Kirby of Lyman Real Estate brokers $922,000 sale of 10,000 s/f retail plaza
Geronimo LLC of Norwich has completed the purchase of 220 Westchester Rd. (Rte. 14) for $922,000.
The plaza consists of 10,000 s/f of retail space and is anchored by Rite Aid Pharmacy (former Brooks Pharmacy location). The seller, Steven St. Germaine, represented by attorney Nick Scola of Danielson, will be seeking reinvestment opportunities. The purchaser, represented by attorney Kathryn Guinan of New London, is diversifying its investment portfolio.
Jeff Kirby, agent with Lyman Real Estate, represented the buyer and Laurie Ann Drinkwater of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller.
