Kirk of Residential Properties Ltd. completes $1.045 million sale in Barrington, RI

Barrington, RI Residential Properties Ltd. (RPL) completed the sale of 49 Jennys Ln. for $1.045 million with Elizabeth Kirk as both the listing and selling agent, representing RPL’s Barrington office. According to Statewide MLS data, this marks the seventh Barrington sale of over $1 million so far this year, four of which have been listed by RPL.

49 Jennys Ln. is located half a mile from the town center, with the Barrington Yacht Club close by. The property resides on a 28,800 s/f lot, on which a large walk-out deck and patio provide space for outdoor entertaining. The home itself, built by local developer Fred Almeida, boasts 3 floors of living space, including 5 beds, 3.1 baths, and a 3 car garage.   

Kirk is a Platinum level multi-million dollar producer, as well as a Rhode Island Monthly Five Star Realtor and winner of the 2016 Circle of Sales Excellence Platinum Award. Elizabeth is also an extremely active community volunteer. She has served on the boards of the Barrington Early Childhood Center the Executive Board of the Nayatt School PTO and is currently serving on the board of the Barrington Education Foundation. She and her family are also members of the Rhode Island Country Club and the Barrington Yacht Club.
