Klemmer and Brodigan join NAI Hunneman Commercial

After approximately 12 years of operating Klemmer Associates, Greg Klemmer, SIOR and Tim Brodigan, SIOR have joined NAI Hunneman Commercial. Brodigan and Klemmer will team together at NAI Hunneman concentrating on industrial and office real estate on the North Shore. Brodigan is vice president and Klemmer is executive vice president. Klemmer had previously worked with Hunneman Commercial for many years as an industrial specialist prior to striking out on his own. Klemmer specialized on the North Shore with industrial real estate. He had also served as SIOR chapter president and currently serves on the SIOR chapter board of directors as well as the CBA board of directors. Klemmer is programs co-chair with the SIOR chapter board. He was named the 2009 CBA Commercial Broker of the Year and co-awarded CBA Industrial Deal of the Year. Brodigan worked with Klemmer for the last nine years and has been an SIOR since 2010. He is also the second recipient of the SIOR chapter's RW Holmes Scholarship. Brodigan also was co-awarded the CBA 2009 Industrial Deal of the Year with Klemmer. The chapter wants to congratulate both Greg and Tim on their recent move.
