Klemmer Associates LLC has brokered the sale of a 87,700 s/f industrial building at 51 East Main St. located on 22.37 acres on behalf of the owner for $2.3 million.  
James Mullen Co. Inc., a specialty metal fabricator purchased the building and will be relocating their operations from Ipswich to Merrimac. Klemmer worked with Colliers Houston on the transaction.  
Jones Lang LaSalle Inc., represented the buyer and senior vice president, Peter Richardson negotiated for Mullen.
