Klemmer Associates, LLC brokers three leases at Cherry Hill Corporate Center totalling 67,082 s/f

Klemmer Associates, LLC has recently negotiated several leases, renewals and expansions on behalf of Brookwood Management Partners, LLC, an affiliate of Brookwood Financial Partners, L.P., as the exclusive leasing agent for the Cherry Hill Corporate Center. Medtronics Interventional Vascular, Inc. renewed 29,263 s/f at 35 Cherry Hill Dr. Amphenol PCD, Inc., represented by CB Richard Ellis renewed 22,318 s/f and leased an additional 12,000 s/f for a total of 34,318 s/f at 72 Cherry Hill Dr. American Renal Associates, LLC, represented by Cushman & Wakefield expanded by 2,320 s/f at 66 Cherry Hill Dr. and in addition, Ambrose Environmental Management renewed 1,181 s/f at 5 Cherry Hill Dr. "Cherry Hill has proven to be one of the premier parks on the North Shore and Brookwood is a major reason behind the success.
