Klemmer of Klemmer Associates recieves Broker of the Year Award from Commercial Brokers Association

According to Klemmer Associates, LLC, Greg Klemmer has won the prestigious "Broker of the Year" and Greg and Tim Brodigan won the "Industrial Deal of the Year," at the recent Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) Achievement Awards dinner last week. The awards are a chance for colleagues to bestow awards on people who have proven themselves with a high level of professionalism and achievement in the commercial real estate industry. As quoted by John Barry, 2010 CBA president, "This year's honorees have a track record of maintaining and growing business by conducting themselves in an ethical, professional, and cooperative way." "The Broker of the Year Leadership Award is the acknowledgment of superior performance, not only during the previous year, but throughout an entire career. The award is made to an individual who demonstrates professionalism and a cooperative spirit while making significant and consistent contributions to the market. It is the highest form of praise bestowed upon a commercial real estate broker in Greater Boston," said Barry. The "Industrial Deal of the Year" award was based on the largest new single-story lease signed in eastern Massachusetts in 2009 on behalf of PetEdge's lease of 216,780 s/f at 90 Salem Rd. in Billerica.
