Kohan of Bancorp arranges $8.5 million loan
Jonathan Kohan, BancorpStamford, CT The Bancorp’s, Jonathan Kohan, managing director and first vice president closed on an $8.5 million acquisition loan on behalf of Silverback Development and The Kaufman Jacobs Organization for its purchase of a three building portfolio. The properties contain 92,000 s/f and are substantially occupied.
The loan was referred to the Bancorp by Maverick Capital Partners.
