GOFO Express is a growing last-mile delivery provider. The company has over twenty locations across the United States. The 90 Woodmont Rd. lease marks the company’s second location in the state, building on its presence in Hartford County and strengthening its foothold in the Northeast.

The property comprises 11,735 s/f of versatile industrial/flex space located in a Light Industrial (LI) zone. Its proximity to major transportation corridors — I-95 (Exit 40), Rte. 15, and Rte. 1 — offers optimal logistical efficiency. The site is also situated near the Walmart Shopping Center, the Westfield Connecticut Post Mall, and the Milford Metro-North Train Station.
