Kornreich of Angel Commercial leases 2,700 s/f to Wine & Cheese Day Spa
Fairfield, CT According to Angel Commercial, LLC a new tenant, Wine & Cheese Day Spa, has leased a 2,700 s/f retail space at the Mercurio Building, 1330 Post Rd. The building is across the street from the public library and next to The Chelsea Restaurant.
The spa, opening this summer, will offer wine (or non-alcoholic beverages) and cheese to customers who receive a spa service.
“The new tenants are entrepreneurs dedicated to creating a unique spa experience,” said Eva Kornreich, vice president at Angel Commercial, representing both parties in this transaction. “The Wine & Cheese Day Spa, a welcome addition to vibrant downtown Fairfield, is certain to be a popular destination.”
1330 Post Rd. is near shops, restaurants, Fairfield Theater Company, Sacred Heart University Community Theater, and Fairfield Metro-North Train Station. The property is near I-95 (Exits 21 & 22) and at a Greater Bridgeport Transit Bus Stop.
