Peter Kovago and Jeffrey Borus of Glickman Kovago & Company represented the owner in the recent sale of 150 Goddard Memorial Dr. to Seven Hills Foundation for $1.9 million. Consisting of 42,000 s/f on 4 acres of land, the property was formerly the home of Heinrich Ceramic Decal, Inc. The company served the glass and ceramics industries as a supplier of decals since 1980. Heinrich recently closed its doors.
Kelleher & Sadowsky represented the buyer.
The new property owner, Seven Hills, currently offers programming at 180 locations throughout Mass. and R.I., and employs more than 3,500 professionals. Seven Hills offers a continuum of support and services to 30,000 individuals with disabilities and life challenges.
