Kozloski of George J. Smith & Son brokers 15,000 s/f sale to ServPro

John Kozloski, vice president of George J. Smith & Son Commercial & Investment Real Estate, Milford, brokered the sale of 232 Amity Rd,, a 15,000 s/f commercial/industrial office building. Kozloski represented the buyer, Greg Geaski, who will occupy the building for the operation of his business, ServPro of Milford-Orange-Stratford. Servpro, Inc. is a national company recognized for fire and water restoration services in residential and commercial properties. ServPro will occupy a majority of the building leaving approximately 6,000 s/f available for the use of light industrial or flex space, also being marketed by Kozloski. E. Tyler Della Valle of Dow Realty represented the sellers, David Frankes and Jane Frankes as Trustee of the Robert Frankes Trust.
