Boston, MA KS Partners, LLC has signed 39,087 s/f of new leases and renewals year to date within their Boston portfolio which consists of 174,376 s/f at 85 Devonshire St., 262 Washington St., 225 Friend St. and 141 Portland St.

Joint Venture Physical Therapy, Inc. leased 4,586 s/f with representation from Hank Blake of Blake Properties, LLC. Preveil, LLC, represented by Jared Primm of Transwestern RBJ, leased 3,650 s/f. Open Systems Technologies leased 3,650 s/f with representation from Joe Pearce of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. Pubmatic Inc., represented by Jared Primm of Transwestern RBJ, leased 2,292 s/f. 85 Devonshire St. and 262 Washington St. consist of a 92,647 s/f class B office and retail property while 225 Friend St. contains 59,815 s/f of class B office space and 141 Portland St. consists of 21,914 s/f of class B office and retail space. Other current major tenants include Weston & Sampson, Albert, Righter and Tittmann Inc., Vitamin Shoppe Industries Inc., The Achievement Network LTD and DiGorgio Associates, Inc.
