KS Partners, LLC signs 52,169 s/f in new leases and renewals in Dedham

KS Partners, LLC has signed 52,169 s/f of new leases and renewals in the first half of 2015 within their Dedham portfolio which consists of Dedham Place and Dedham Executive Center. Atlantic Power Corp., represented by Graham Allison of T3, leased 17,365 s/f. Crane Merchandising Systems, Inc. leased 6,302 s/f with representation from Peter Whoriskey of Cushman & Wakefield. Asure Software Inc., represented by Nat Kessler of CBRE New England, leased 6,076 s/f. Goodbaby Children's Products, Inc., represented by Stephen Woelfel of Colliers International, leased 2,618 s/f. Best Ride, Inc., represented by Patricia Foster of Colliers International, leased 1,118 s/f. Renewals include ARC Advisory Group, NCH Corp., Ovation Inc., Brennan & Bustin P.C., Media Venture Partners LLC, JHR Associates and Bonaccorsi LLC. David Goodhue, Patricia Foster, Dan Hines and Jim Elcock of Colliers International and Rachel Eng of KS Partners represented KS Partners in all of the above transactions. "We have enjoyed tremendous leasing velocity at Dedham Executive Center and Dedham Place over the past six to nine months," said Goodhue, vice president at Colliers International. "Tenant's love these assets because they each have a great on-site amenity base, and are immediately accessible by both highway and public transportation. In addition to the on-site amenities, such as food service and covered parking, there is no doubt that we have benefited greatly from the success of Legacy Place in Dedham and University Station in Westwood (mixed use developments consisting of 675,000 s/f and 1.5 million s/f respectively). Tenant's love the fact that every possible amenity that they could want is within the property or just minutes away." "Thanks to the collaboration of our leasing and management teams, we have enjoyed tremendous leasing activity and customer retention that has allowed our portfolio to lead the market with over 95% occupancy within over 80 spaces in our Dedham portfolio," said Bob Holmes, director of leasing at KS Partners. Dedham Place consists of a 160,910 s/f class A office building while Dedham Executive contains 180,116 s/f of class B office space. Other current major tenants include Regus Corporation, Bank of America, Robert Half International and Progressive Casualty Insurance.
