KS Partners sells 10 Cabot to Brookwood Financial for $37.55m - brokered by Colliers

Medford, MA Colliers has completed the sale of 10 Cabot Rd. for $37.55 million. Colliers’ capital markets advisors Frank Petz, Matthew Sherry, Jeanne Pinado, John Nasca, and Brooke Howard led transaction negotiations on behalf of seller KS Partners and procured the buyer Brookwood Financial Partners.

Key to the successful marketing campaign was the ability to position the city as a growth office market – as Cambridge and Somerville continue to enjoy record life science absorption.

“The marketing campaign at 10 Cabot uncovered a strong field of investors who remain committed and confident in the face of pandemic-induced uncertainty. Brookwood’s long-term vision of the growth in Medford positioned them for award of the property,” said Petz, managing director & U.S. capital markets office & life science platform leader.

Colliers executive vice president John Broderick and assistant vice president Patrick Boyle arranged acquisition financing on behalf of Brookwood Financial Partners.
