Kuhrtz of Commercial Realty Advisors
closes $2.675 million sale

South Yarmouth, MA Brad Kuhrtz of Commercial Realty Advisors has negotiated the sale of a 12,000 s/f industrial warehouse located at 46 Commonwealth Ave. for a sale price of $2.675 million.

The property was acquired by Gas Man LLC, represented by Mark Boudreau, Esq., recognizing its investment potential. The seller, CTL Real Estate Trust, was represented by Sean Eagan, Esq.

The journey to this sale commenced in October of 2023 and culminated on Monday, January 29, 2024, with the final closing.

“We continue to observe a high demand in the industrial sector of the commercial market, and this strong sale attests to that” said Kuhrtz.
