136 Factory Road - Harwich, MA

Harwich, MA Brad Kuhrtz of Commercial Realty Advisors (CRA) negotiated the sale of a 12,414 s/f industrial warehouse located at 136 Factory Rd. for $2.1 million. The property was acquired by Great Western Realty, LLC.

The journey to this sale commenced in February 2021 and culminated on September 29, 2023.

What sets this property apart is its rarity in the Cape Cod market. Not only are warehouses in extremely short supply, this property predates current Cape Cod zoning laws, allowing it to exceed the size restrictions imposed by contemporary regulations.

The warehouse offers space for various business endeavors.
