KW Commercial and CCIM Institute to host first annual Foundation of CRE Seminar

Stamford, CT KW Commercial director Andreas Senie and CCIM Institute instructor Mark Van Ark, CCIM, SIOR will host the first annual Foundation of Commercial Real Estate Seminar on Oct 19th and 20th at KW Stamford at 2777 Summer St., 7th floor. 

Senie and founder/owner of EAC Properties, along with Van Ark, will bring together 50 industry insiders and newcomers for the Foundations For Success Seminar for this case study-driven course. This event is open to area commercial real estate owners, brokers, and city officials by reservation. This two-day seminar is ideal for those new to the commercial practice, those considering getting involved in commercial real estate or simply refreshing their knowledge base off the latest technology. 

“I could not be more excited to work hand in hand with the Commercial Industry’s oldest and most highly accredited educator for this event at our Summer Street offices. This two-day event will kick off the return of our second annual bootcamp training through EAC Properties. Starting at the end of November, this A to Z Commercial Foundations, Skills Lab, and Business Building Course will be hosted twice a week for six to eight weeks on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11 am. Graduates come away with a book of business and the skills, team, and tools they need to grow in commercial real estate. Limited space available.
