KW Commercial leases 1,500 s/f to 9 Round Fitness in Hooksett
Hooksett, NH Chris Passucci of KW Commercial represented the tenant, 9 Round Fitness and David Grappone of KW Commercial represented the landlord, SJB Properties LLC for the 1,500 s/f lease at 290 West River Rd.
9Round 30 minute Kickbox Fitness Gym is headquartered in South Carolina, and has over 500 franchised locations.
