Exeter, NH Summit Realty Partners, Inc. completed a 1,500 s/f retail store lease with T-Mobile on Portsmouth Ave. and is scheduled to open this fall. Summit Realty Partners represented the landlord, Baker Properties, LLC in the transaction.  

Currently leased to Aroma Joe’s and T-Mobile, this 5,172 s/f retail center is located in the center of Exeter’s retail corridor and benefits from close proximity to downtown, Exeter Hospital and Phillips Exeter Academy. This center is easily accessible from Exit 11 off Rte. 101 and close to the town center. 

T-Mobile is one of the largest wireless providers in the United States today. T-Mobile services millions of Americans by providing reliable wireless voice, messaging, and data services.

1,800 s/f remains available for a prospective tenant to join both Aroma Joe’s and T-Mobile. The landlord will be constructing a third retail unit with a new glass storefront and façade bump. Zoning permits a wide variety of uses that leverage the attributes of this location.
