L&P Commercial negotiates sale of Somers Place
Somers, CT L&P Commercial facilitated the sale of Somers Place, an 8,004 s/f medical office building with five separate units.
Somers Professional Place, LLC purchased the property on February 10, 2021, and the new landlord will make common area improvements while they continue to operate the property as the premier office property in the town.
Somers Place can accommodate medical and office tenants needing space from 130 to 8,000 s/f. The building is equipped with a fully functioning handicap accessible elevator and there are vacant suites built out for medical office tenants.
