Lamontagne of CBRE/Boulos Co. leases 4,265 s/f
Justin Lamontagne, of CB Richard Ellis/The Boulos Company leased a 4,265 s/f office building at 81 Winthrop St. to Granite Bay Care. Linda Hertell, of Magnusson-Balfour, represented the landlord, Boondocks Kennebec LLC.
The space at 81 Winthrop St. will include administrative offices as well as programming space.
