Luminato Condominiums - Scarborough, MEScarborough, ME Landry/French Construction Company has been selected as construction manager for Luminato Condominiums located in the historic India St. neighborhood.
The 42,000 s/f, 26-unit project will feature 1-3 bedroom condos with 10’5” high ceilings and oversized windows that will bring in natural light and offer views of Casco Bay and the city skyline. A roof-top terrace, fitness room, common room, and guest room will be shared by residents. A fully enclosed parking garage with 27 spaces is also included. Two vacant apartment buildings at 167 and 169 Newbury St. will be demolished to make way for the new building.
Construction is expected to start in July. The architect is Archetype Architects of Portland.
