Lang McLaughry Commercial leases 2,700 s/f to groSolar

According to Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for Lang McLaughry Commercial, the firm has completed a long-term lease with groSolar in the Billings Common Condominium complex. According to Rod Viens, executive vice president of operations, "groSolar was founded in 1998 and is a mission-driven company dedicated to providing quality solar PV solutions and whole energy applications. O'Hara and Gercke, local Upper Valley contractors, will provide additional tenant fit-up for new space. Lang McLaughry Commercial represented the landlord and assisted the tenant with this transaction.
