Langley Construction completes 2,600 s/f new headquarters

December 07, 2018 - Northern New England

Goffstown, NH Stephen Langley, founded Langley Construction in 1986 in Goffstown, with a business philosophy focused on high quality and slow growth. The firm has provided a wide variety of construction management to many well-known N.H. businesses such as Vitex, Ray the Mover, Bonneville & Son Dodge/Jeep Dealership, and many climate controlled self-storage complexes.

Langley Construction has always been a family-owned and operated business, with Langley as president, Denise Langley as executive vice president, and in 2014 son Trevor Langley as vice president/superintendent.  Trevor grew up working at the company, then graduated from the University of Maine in 2010 with a degree in Construction Management Technology and was accepted into the Francis Crow Society of Civil Engineers. The newest member of the Langley family is daughter Page Langley as finance officer and will provide much needed support for the growing construction firm.

In October, Langley Construction completed their new headquarters located at 14A Tatro Dr.  The new 2,600 s/f building is positioned above the cul-de-sac on Tatro Dr. off Rte. 114.   The Langley team brought their many years of expertise in site development and carved the space for the perch with a major ledge cut into the hillside. The new space was designed with a meeting space large enough for in-depth customer meetings and also features work space and offices to facilitate the engineering and many planning stages of their projects.
