• Nedde Real Estate leased 22,500 s/f of freezer/warehouse space to Knight Enterprises at 784 Hercules Dr. in Colchester from landlord Nedde/Essex, LLC and 784 Realty, LLC. Cresta assisted the landlord and Tony Blake of V/T Commercial assisted the tenant.
