About Women by Women, P.C. has as leased 7,030 s/f of office space at 30 Washington St., for their new medical office. About Women by Women will be open for business at this new location April 1st, 2011. This location provides them with a location close to I-95 (Rte. 128) and Rte. 9. About Women by Women were represented in the lease transaction by Tim Latham, Lincoln Property Company. Vida Doyle of Haynes Management Inc. represented the landlord, HAYMAC LLC. About Women by Women is an ob/gyn practice staffed by women who are dedicated to caring for women in every stage of life. Their goal is to provide sensitive, helpful and compassionate medical care and guidance, taking into full account the values and priorities that shape women's lives. They specialize in obstetrics, gynecology and infertility. About Women by Women's clinical team includes physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, medical assistants, and ultrasonographers. They listen to each patient, understand her concerns, and then develop and coordinate with her a plan for care. Haynes Management Inc. is a Wellesley based real estate management, leasing and development company that specializes in office and commercial properties in the western suburbs of Boston, Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire. Haynes manages forty six office properties and three retail properties that total over one million square feet of commercial space. Haynes Management provides service to over 480 office tenants and is dedicated to providing the best service possible in order to maintain long-term business relationships with tenants.
