Lauchlan joins The Kane Co. as specialist

Alex Lauchlan, a licensed real estate broker, has recently joined The Kane Co. as a land development and corporate relocation specialist. Alex brings both industrial and development experience to the Seacoast real estate sector. A business strategist, Lauchlan has held posts as CEO for a range of industrial construction companies and most recently, for the emerging technology firm, Broadcast America. His experience includes overseeing construction of oil and gas facilities worldwide, to securing institutional funding for large-scale tech initiatives, to supervising the operations of numerous companies. Throughout the course of his career, Lauchlan has refined his skills in areas of land acquisition, planning and development. His tenures as CEO has provided him the advantage of knowing what space considerations come into play when making decisions related to scaling up or down within a company and the most means to accommodate changes. A graduate of Irvine Royal Academy, Lauchlan's unique skills and experience position him to be an incredible resource to those requiring direction and assistance in developing their retail, regional and global real estate needs.
