Lee and Daniels of Colliers Meredith & Grew handle 21,500 s/f lease renewal

Aushon BioSystems, Inc. has recently renewed a 21,500 s/f lease for its headquarters at 43 Manning Rd. Tad Lee and Matt Daniels of Colliers Meredith & Grew represented Aushon Biosystems in the transaction. Jason Levendusky of CBRE/New England represented the landlord, RREEF. Specifics of the lease transaction were not disclosed. The building is a two-story, 43,228 s/f manufacturing building located off of Rt.e 3 and is fully leased.
