Lee and Vecchione of Colliers International represent Elysium Digital LLC in 20,784 s/f lease

Elysium Digital, LLC recently signed a new 10-year, 20,784 s/f office lease to relocate its corporate headquarters from 10 Canal Park in Cambridge to the top floor of Two Oliver St. in the Financial District. Occupancy is slated for fall of 2012. The Colliers International brokerage team of Tad Lee and Lauren Vecchione represented Elysium Digital in the transaction. The landlord, an affiliate of Saracen Properties LLC and AEW, Inc., was represented by Jim Brady, Ryan Hurd and David Martel of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. Originally built in 1903 and renovated first in 1980 and again in 2011-2012, Two Oliver St. is a classic mid-rise building with 11 stories. The property is in the midst of a multi-million dollar renovation project, adding and updating a new entrance, lobby and elevator bank off Batterymarch St., and other common area upgrades and improvements. The building is a block from Post Office Sq. park. Two Oliver St. offers on-site dining and shops, and enjoys very close proximity to area amenities including numerous restaurants, The Hilton and Langham hotels, banks and health clubs.
