Lefebvre of Shanley Realtors sells 14 Market Sq. building to BNG Props.

Dave Lefebvre of Shanley Realtors sold 14 Market Sq., a 3-story 12,000 s/f building Lefebvre, representing the current owners, The Kihei Group, LLC, combined efforts with the buyer, BNG Properties, Inc., to consummate the deal. John Bosen, Esq. of the law firm Bosen and Springer represented the interests of the seller, with Denise Poulos, Esq. of Donahue, Tucker, and Ciandella providing counsel for the buyer. Tenants include Breaking New Grounds, Oriental Gallery on the first level, with Driver/Ryan Architects, Midheaven, Tangram 3D, and The Banks Gallery in offices on the 2nd and 3rd levels Up until July the property was encumbered by a ground lease. The eventual transfer of the land to The Kihei Group in July provided the foundation of a successful conclusion to this transaction. The selling price was $2.215 million.
