Lefrancois of Regal Commercial Real Estate sells 10,271 s/f property at 10 Lambert Ave./25 Beauregard Ave.

Cumberland, RI Michael Lefrancois  Jr., president and principal broker of Regal Commercial Real Estate sold 10 Lambert Ave. and 25 Beauregard Ave. for $925,000.

Lefrancois represented the seller and the buyer, Optimized Medical, who will use the 10,271 s/f site as their new headquarters.

10 Lambert Ave. consists of a 10,271 s/f industrial warehouse which includes 15-ft. ceilings, six overhead doors, and an updated electrical system.

25 Beauregard Ave. is a .52-acre vacant lot behind 10 Lambert Ave.

The properties have access to Rte. 146, I-295 and I-95.
