North Kingstown, RI Lila Delman Compass sold 17 Pojac Pt. for $3.6 million. Bill and Parker Sizeland of Newport’s Lila Delman Compass office, represented the sellers and facilitated for the buyers in this transaction. According to RI Statewide MLS, this is the highest sale in North Kingstown, YTD.
