Leitner and Crooks of Cresa represent Zipcar in 4,514 s/f lease
Brandon Leitner and Chris Crooks of Cresa Boston recently represented Zipcar in a 4,514 s/f office lease at Two Liberty Sq. Zipcar, one of the world's largest car sharing and car club services, expanded its space and relocated its Boston metro operations office to the 65,678 s/f office building from its previous location at 18 Tremont St.
According to Leitner, Zipcar chose the new sales office facility because it offers a high-image, retail-like location.
The landlord, Aegon, was represented by Jason Cameron and Matt Twombly of Grubb & Ellis.
