TRB Development completes construction of 14,396 s/f CVS

TRB Development Group, Inc., general contractor and design builder from Hooksett, N.H., has completed construction of a new 14,396 s/f CVS. The project consisted of demolition of existing structures, site improvements, and construction of a new pharmacy and retail store, in addition to creating a 3,745 s/f adjacent bank pad. The design is CVS's coliseum-style, metal framed building, with EIFS, brick veneer, and membrane roofing system. The store features a pharmacy, photo lab, pharmacy drive-thru, grocery, walk-in cooler, and standard retail departments. The architect was Neves Architecture & Design, LLC, of Kearny, N.J.
