Lemaire of Lyman R.E. Co. leases 3,850 s/f at Storrs Commons
Carolyn Lemaire of Lyman Real Estate recently leased 3,850 s/f of retail space in Storrs Commons located at 1244 Storrs Rd. bringing two new tenants to the UCONN community area.
Jack Rabbit's, a gourmet burger restaurant, leased 2,000 s/f located between Starbuck's and AT&T Wireless.Villari's Martial Arts leased 1,850 s/f of retail space offering students of all ages classes in Shaolin Kempo Karate.

Prescott IOS secures lease of 151 Rivermoor St. for Eastern Bus Co. at 151 Rivermoor St. in West Roxybury
West Roxbury, MA Prescott IOS has arranged an industrial outdoor storage lease for Eastern Bus Company at 151 Rivermoor St. David Skinner and Devon Wagner of Prescott IOS represented the tenant, while Caroline Munn nd Rob Byrne of CBRE represented the landlord, Feeney Brothers Real Estate. The 40,000 front foot site gives the bus operator secured yard space close to the routes it serves across Boston and the inner suburbs.
