Carolyn Lemaire of Lyman Real Estate recently leased 3,850 s/f of retail space in Storrs Commons located at 1244 Storrs Rd. bringing two new tenants to the UCONN community area. Jack Rabbit's, a gourmet burger restaurant, leased 2,000 s/f located between Starbuck's and AT&T Wireless.Villari's Martial Arts leased 1,850 s/f of retail space offering students of all ages classes in Shaolin Kempo Karate.
