Regency Centers signs 3 new leases at Shops at Saugus totaling 6,400 s/f

Regency Centers, a national owner, operator and developer of grocery-anchored and community shopping centers, has leased retail space to three new merchants at Shops at Saugus. European Wax Center, Massage Envy, and Solar Eclipse Tanning have joined Shops at Saugus to further expand the shopping center's strong service-oriented mix of national and local retailers. Specializing in unique wax treatments in a spa-like setting, European Wax Center has opened 1,199 s/f of retail space; Massage Envy, offering massage and facials, has opened 3,201s/f; and Solar Eclipse Tanning joins the center in its new 2,000 s/f location. The 94,204 s/f Shops at Saugus is anchored by an 11,000 s/f Trader Joe's, plus national retailers such as PetSmart, La-Z-Boy, SuperCuts, Lakeshore Learning, Starbucks and Qdoba. Located approximately 13 miles north of Boston, Shops at Saugus is located at 334 Broadway - Rte. 1.
