Leonard of Housing Management Resources chosen as 2015 IREM’s Professional Woman of the Year recipient

Boston, MA The 2nd IREM Boston’s Annual Professional Woman of the Year award will be received by Patrice Leonard, CPM, senior vice president of operations for Housing Management Resources, Inc. AMO. The award was created and voted on by the IREM Boston professional woman’s committee. This year they received 40 nominations from all aspects of the real estate management industry.  The inaugural winner was Carol MacDonald, CPM, executive vice president of Corcoran Management Co.

Leonard enthusiastically oversees the operations and sustainable growth of Housing Management Resources (HMR) in Quincy. She joined HMR in January 2009, bringing 30 years of dedication to property management and leadership to the team of professionals providing excellent service to owners and residents of their communities. Prior to joining HMR, Leonard was the regional director of property management for The Community Builders, a non-profit affordable housing developer. As a results-oriented professional, she has implemented and continually refines systems to track and respond quickly and consistently to the needs of staff, owners and properties across 12 states. In addition to holding an executive CPM designation from IREM she holds C15P Tax Credit Specialist status from Spectrum, NAHP-e designation from NAHMA and is a real estate broker in several states.  Leonard encourages and mentors real estate professionals to become strong leaders through active involvement with IREM and achieving ARM and CPM designations.
