Pittsfield, MA Steven Lerner and Kenneth Brownell of Vanguard-Fine, LLC recently completed two deals in town.

Lerner and Brownell worked with Ted Speros of ATS Realty Corp. in brokering the five year lease between Physical Therapy Center of Bristol, LLC and NNM Realty Trust. The 2,666 s/f center is located at Del Alba Plaza.

Lerner and Brownell along with Conner Zecy of Blue Star Realty CRE, LLC  brokered the five year between TLC Health Care Services of NE, LLC and NNM Realty Trust. The 3,518  s/f facility is also located at Del Alba Plaza.
