Levey Miller Maretz arranges 1,250 s/f lease at 1 Evergreen Ave.
Natural Body Alignment, LLC has signed a three-year lease for its first office in Connecticut at 1 Evergreen Ave. in Hamden Center. Initially the company will use 1,250 s/f in the office building.
Marty Ruff of Levey Miller Maretz represented both Natural Body Alignment and One Evergreen Properties, the landlord at the site.
