Levey Miller Maretz brokers $2.6m sale of 15-acre retail property

Joseph Cohn & Son Inc. recently closed on a 15 acre property on Devine St. with a 40,000 s/f building at a cost of $2.6 million from Pappa Associates. Levey Miller Maretz and their agent Marty Ruff represented both parties in the transaction. Louis Monico, president of Joseph Cohn & Sons, Inc., has indicated his firm is negotiating with a number of different companies that could build on the 12.5 acres adjacent to the new headquarters. In another transaction, Ruff negotiated a 5-year lease for a new Sushi restaurant at 3000 Whitney Ave. in the Mt. Carmel section of Hamden. Vin Engingro of Weichert Realtors represented the landlord.
