Levey Miller Maretz brokers 7,000 s/f lease to First Student, Inc. at 170 Middletown Ave.; CBRE represents tenant

First Student, Inc. of Cincinnati, OH has agreed to a three year lease with a three year option at 170 Middletown Ave. The lease covers approximately four acres of land to park school buses and approximately 7,000 s/f of garage so as to service up to four buses at any given time.
Marty Ruff of Levey Miller Maretz represented the landlord and Matt O'Hare of CB Richard Ellis represented First Student Inc.
The University of Connecticut will occupy approximately 1,800 s/f at 3190 Whitney Ave., Hamden. UCONN will use this site to manage its Gear-Up Program. The program is one that has major success in the area public school systems.

Valley Green, Inc. home based in Chicopee, Mass. has agreed to a lease consisting of 4,200 s/f at 83 Rosotto Dr., Hamden. The firm supplies lawn care chemicals to landscapers, corporations, as well as individuals. The Hamden location now joins Plainville and Norwalk for distribution of their products.
Ruff of Levey Miller Maretz represented the landlord and Ginny Carroll of Ryer Associates represented the new tenant.
Ed Schwartz of Levey Miller Maretz LLC represented the tenant, Ferguson Electric Corporation in the leasing of 31 Church St., second floor, New Haven. He also represented the landlord, 27-31-33 Church LLC, CT. Ferguson Electric is a subcontractor for the construction of the new Gateway Community College, directly across the street from their new offices.
