Levey Miller Maretz brokers two transactions
Marty Ruff of Levey Miller Maretz, LLC negotiated the sale of a 5,000 s/f industrial property at 171 Frontage Rd. Thermax, a West Haven firm in the energy savings industry, will utilize the site for additional warehousing and distribution of its products. Marty Ruff represented the seller and Thermax was represented by West Shore Realty.
In another transaction, Elite Properties, LLC leased the former Scooters Restaurant, corner of Whiting and Broad Sts., Plainville, to Big Steve's Grill, LLC. A complete renovation of the space will start immediately, and occupancy is expected this month. Michael Gordon of Levey Miller Maretz, LLC was the broker in the transaction.
