Levey Miller Maretz leases 2,700 s/f
A lease was signed between the tenant, Organizational Performance Group (OPG) and the landlord, Research Development of Connecticut, LLC. OPG, an organizational leadership consulting firm with a national client base, leased 2,700 s/f of office space at 15 Research Dr.
Jeremy Rosner of Levey Miller Maretz represented the landlord and Kevin Walker of Press Cuozzo represented the tenants. This multi-tenanted building is located in the Woodbridge Development Park, located near the Merritt Parkway Exit 59.
