Levey Miller Maretz leases 6,300 s/f to Cross Fit Cheshire
Levey Miller Maretz leased 6,300 s/f of warehouse space at 1755 Highland Ave. (Rte. 10). Marty Ruff and Michael Gordon were the sole brokers in the transaction. The tenant , Cross Fit Cheshire, will move its gym, fitness center and other related operations to the property after renovations are completed.
